BioCatch, a digital fraud detection and crime prevention software, was purchased by Permira for $1.3B to scale and grow their business.

A claim guidance platform designed to detect fraud, EvolutionIQ, was sold to a provider of cloud, mobile, AI, telematics, hyperscale technologies and applications, CCC Intelligent Solutions for $730M to strengthen its industry leading AI-powered SaaS platform and revolutionize how insurance claims are resolved

In October, Effectiv, an AI-based fraud and risk decisioning software, was purchased by Socure, a digital identity verification and fraud detection SaaS for $136M to consolidate their technology stacks and develop a more integrated approach to fraud prevention.

Dignari, a biometric, identity management, and security solutions company was bought by EY for $80M to affirm the organization's commitment to serving the US government and strengthen its homeland security operations.
